Srry, M8 - I believe there is a confusion somwwhere inbetween...
The forum is for P30Pro.
The opening post mentions Huawei P30 ELE-L29(C636). The ONLY reference to C636.
I HAVE THE DEMO STORE VOG-L29 C432 + where I flashed at your indication C10 firmware, resulting C636.
Sooo, VOG-L29 - C636
I put in my question the VOG-L29 C636. Maybe I was not clear enough.
MY QUESTION was if the firmware is for VOG or ELE, because you say VOG and opening post says ELE. I'm confused
And how do I open the EF file...

Ok, i got it. The mistake was coming from OP who created this thread, because he post firmwares from both devices (ELE & VOG). I don't know him and i don't have anything to do with him, he's just a user as i am
. I wanted to create a different thread on which i post and update continuously with links for VOG, but it was pointless, because this thread allready was growing in number. SO, i have a post of mine on this thread where i put all the firmwares and info related (including HOW TO extract EF files).The post i will always upload and contains links for latest VOG firmwares and info's is here:

Hi, I was wondering if you can advice on regards of VOG-LGRP2, I wasn't able to find much information about it. Is it a generic ROM I could flash in my device? I curently have a VOG-L04 C605. I was taking a look on a forum that states that I could flash it on any free cust.
Hi guys, It is possible to install Emui 10 VOG-L09 C431 on my VOG-L04 Cust 25? It is safe? I don't want a paper brick..
For info about flashing VOG-L09 C431 on VOG-L04 C431 read posts from page 2-3 from this thread. Don't know if it will work for VOG L04 C605, because flashing different cust will softbrick. Maybe flashing VOG-L09 C605 on VOG-L04 C605 will work, but there is a 50-50 chance you'll get softbricked.

The version is in this thread are for VOGUE-L09C(C431E19R2P5)where as my phone is VOG-L09(C431E4R2P2)... Is it advisable to use VOGUE-L09C(C431E19R2P5) firmware on VOG-L09(C431E4R2P2)

YES, that is new build which will be on EMUI 10. I have the same one, for my VOG-L29 C431 (see my SS bellow).

EMUI 10.0.0.178 lands on VOG-L29 C431 using HiCare region set to Germany and VPN to Sweden, as @mswguitar posted HERE. Seems to be the official release version, as changelog stated
