hello guys. sorry for my english!!

my phone model version: Elle-L29B - 9.1.0.260 (C900)

my phone not updated from ota. how can i update?

Hi m8,
Cust C900 indicates that the device has been cross flashed using the wrong region firmware or that it's a demo device given by Huawei to testers to get reviews or other stuffs. The device could have been
a C636 Asia Pacific and someone flashed a c432 region onto it prior you bought it(if it's bought from someone else). The C900 cust that you current have on your device will no longer be able to get any future updates using OTA or HiSuite. You may be able to update using the dload firmware method, but I'm not aware of what firmware you might flash, in order to NOT softbrick it.

Unlock booloader (pay 200$ to Funky Huawei - don't know if it's working, no one paid untill now, they've started giving unlock booloader codes few days ago - ), then root your device (you will need to ask for a developer to help you by creating the boot.img in order to get root - he will have to extract from Huawei firmware recovery&kernel, create your boot.img Magisk rooted in order to flash using Fastboot - ), then rebrand your device using a C431 oem.info file and firmware, BUT no one can guarantee you that will work and you won't get a softbricked device

Hi m8, the link above is for VOG devices (P30 Pro) and that's why not working on your phone.

So, guys, i little playing now. I am try to flash throw USB update mode ( how to do this everybody know Sound up + power button until Emui menu will arise). So anyway, i am try to flashing only 2 archive files - Preload and Cust ( flashing many times from different firmware 10.0) . Result - ERROR.

When i am put my original Preload (C891) and Cust (C891) from Emui 9.0 flashing 100 % without and problem.

Diagnose - my opinion, only original preload , cust will be flashed.
I am mean vendor + country + phone model . This is impotent things.

SO AT THE PRESENT MOMENT AWAITING FOR MY ORIGINAL UPDATE FILES.
BUT IN MY CASE I HAVE DEMO RETAIL UNIT, AND I AM NOT SURE THIS UPDATE COMING FOR DEMO RETAIL.

Is there a way you can share the emui9 file? I also have a demo unit wich is softbricked and would to revive it again. And if i understand correctly your emui9 file flashes succesfully and boots?
