After the unroot and relock bootloader of my Huawei gr5 mini NMO-L31C636B355 phone, my phone's bluetooth and some phones software (themes, calculators, calender, dual sim management setting) get lost.plz show me some path to solve this......

This sort of happened (BT/NFC broken and DualSim Settings missing) to my NEM L-51 after a factory reset, to get it back I reinstalled the rom via eRecovery and never used the factory reset.
This wipes your internal memory!
For NEM-L51 its:

Connected to a computer:
Volume down + Power on: Fastboot mode (exit with 'fastboot reboot' or a long power button press)
Volume up + Power on: Huawei eRecovery (reboot / download / shutdown options - used for 'recovery loop' fix, see below)
Both volume buttons + Power on: Flash image via HiSuite (NOT from microSD card)
