Hi!

I am new here. I have the international version of Honor 3C with C900B110. I've rooted it yet and later I've tried to change the Recovery with mobileuncle but I bricked the phone.

I've used the tutorial posted on first page to unbrick and now it works ok.

Now I have the recovery that is posted on the first page post #2, but i dont know if I can change the room with this CWM Recovery or not. I want to instal de MIUI ROM from a spanish forum.

If i need to change the recovery, what is the recovery that I need, and how I should change it?

It works for me especially when u need OTP

Did u try removing one of the Sims

Did u try going to settings dual card amd turning off one of the sims ?

Yes. I turned off one SIM and it was not the answer . removing one SIM is so bad while I buoght this model for its duality option , otherwise I prefere p6 in this range of price .
Is there anybody that used 4.4 version and know if it has a default SIM selection ??
Is there any costum rom with this setting?

you have international version....so you must not flash chinese version like B137,B140 and B143...your phone wii become no signal
if you flash wrong custom recovery your phone become bootloop or only huawei stock logo only or no display just only vibrate.

you can back read have many info there ,also you can visit huawei website or more advance forum go to spanish forum

Hi Everyone, Guys I have been having a very serious problem. I bought this set but I don't have option to choose 2G or 3G in settings as you can see in attached picture. I don't know why. In Chinese version of the phone with KK update you have the option of Preferred Networks under Mobile Network Settings. Maybe when International version gets KK you will have it too.

How about if you replace the stock SMS app with an SMS app that let's you choose the SIM you want to SMS with ?

Our phone is not listed on the Huawei website so there is no way to get the code to unlock our phone from that website

But I could put my phone in METAMODE, as it's hard-bricked. It can't detect charger; not able to put in RECOVERY MODE (VOL + Power button); nor even to METAMODE (Mobile without Battery, VOL key + Power button.).

What should I do next to make my phone working??

Looks like its Dead Meat !!, Same thing happened to me !! But ill give you two Choices !

1) one is unlock the Bootloader and proceed with Caution and Vunerable Risk!! ( Follow @codelover Method to unlock)

2) Replace PCB , EMMC Board in Service Centre ( Free of Cost ) and Dont tel a word about your mistakes !!

Which app dose it?

GoSMS Pro is the only other SMS app that I could find that can handle 2 sims and as far as I can tell you can't set one sim as default(I think that is what you are looking for)

I know in the past you could sent this in some roms (my other dual sim phone is a ZTE V970 and I know you could do this before)

Seems like a simple thing to me-I wonder why they took this feature out of SIM management.

hello, I and many people bricked h3c when we installed cwm
and get into boot-loop.
So we can't use custom recovery?

I had the same build version solved the issue by Xperia-rebel user just use the same version as described.If links not available just try to google the exact name of the application..:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

I have been trying to get root access on my honor 3c but it just won't work.
I have tried framaroot and vroot, but both don't do the job.

Is there another way to get root access?

There are three main versions of Honor 3C , H30-U10, H30-T00 and H30-T10.

You can find out yours by Checking the build #
International (Ref. Build number: H30-U10 V100R001C900B1XX)
Chinese (Ref. Build number: H30-U10 V100R001CHNC00B1XX)

Thank you, I manage to root the device with the live recovery. I would like to be able to flash custom roms, but I don't have CWM.
With mobileuncle it doesn't work to flash a recovery.img. What would be the best approach to flash custom roms?
