Huawei Honor 3C Play (Hol-U10). Anyone with this model? How to be root, install CWM

Hi to everybody.

Sorry, but I haven't found any information about this model in the forum.
Device information is as following (it's in Spanish, sorry. But I think it's understandable, as it's always the same in all languages):

As you see, ROM version is B969. It doesn't work very well.
I have some questions...

1) How to know if the bootloader is locked?

2) How to make root without risk?

3) Can I install CWM?

If you know other ROMS, tutorials or anything about this device I would be very grateful.
