Hi. I assume you got the "global version"? How are you finding it so far? What is not working for you? All Google apps working for you? Have you tried Android Auto? Does that work? I'm in China atm and this is the most impressive foldable so far so tempted to buy...

I bought it in Cambodia. Just change the region in App Gallery to Malaysia and download Lighthouse, Android Auto from there
What if you live outside the eastern asia region and have a global rom x 3 what are your chances to make the gms work and especially Android Auto? I'm in the middle east region and we have the global rom version here and I'm so tempted to buy this phone but I need users experience to confirm.

whilst you can see android auto in settings, have you actually tried connecting it with an android auto head unit to see if actually works?
im based in Malaysia, went and bought a unit today as "android auto was working", low and behold, did the above, downloaded android auto from app gallary along with Maps and Google and when i connect to head unit i get an error that Android Auto was not included in operating system and it doesnt work. Any tips to get it working?
Mine is working so far with Lc300. Try to allow all permissions for AndroidAuto and restart your phone.

So I bought the global version and now have the chinese and global version. global version seems to allow me to change stock launcher to Nova launcher but can not install nova launcher prime or install the google feed which is disappointing...
Also, is it just not possible to leave the always on display actually always on? both the global and chinese version do not let me unselect the tap to show for the mode... I was hoping the global version would allow me to but instead I have to use a 3rd party always on display app.
At this point I am not sure if lighthouse on the global version is better for google apps or to install them natively on the chinese version. I did not realize you can not have the google play store with lighthouse app..
If anyone knows how to keep the always on display on all the time, please let me know. thanks!

another thing have noticed is delayed whatsapp notifications and outlook. generally wont come through unless manually open app. Have battery optimisation off and launcher control on manual but still happening. Very frustrating
Hello can you help me please. I am trying to run lighthouse but for some reason I keep getting an error message that's saying my device is not supported. I have the global version emui 13

Hi, is your AppGallery region is in Malaysia? Change region if your AppGallery region not in Malaysia.
If it still doesn’t work, you may try to search for GMS and uninstall it.
