Huawei Mediapad M3 BTV-DL09 - Deleted OS and not able to enable USB Debugging - Help!

I mistakenly deleted my OS and I am not able to enable 'USB Debugging' or 'Unknown Sources'. Can someone instruct me on how I can get my tablet functional again (re-install the OS)? Unfortunately, I did not back-up the device before this happened. Thanks in advance.

When I connect the tablet to my PC, it is not recognized by my computer because 'USB Debugging' is disabled. I have no way to enable it. Is there a solution to this problem?

USB debugging is not needed. With a crashed/deleted OS it should start right into eRecovery. If it doesn´t then call it up manually (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qxZbXb8zr4Q).
