Hello,
i am seeking help with my mediapad m5 (10,8 inch) which is stuck in a bootloop.
My Bootloader is locked, FRP is Locked. I am stucked in a bootloop.
The method by pressing Volume + and - and power to flash a UPDATE.APP via the sdcard dont work. Always fail.
The method with eRecovery dont work, it tells me it fails parsing the package.
I cant flash any .img because my bootloader is locked.
Everytime i download a firmware it shows me CMR-AL09C000 instead of CMR-AL09C432 which would be EU firmware.
On firmware finder it shows the correct one and then when i flash it, it fails.
I even used a payed unlock service which worked and let me flash a firmware but it still didnt worked out.

Maybe anyone here has a idea what i could do?

Many thanks in advance

What caused your bootloop? If you used a paid unlock service, why is your bootloader still locked?

When I bootlooped my SHT AL-09, Funky Huawei's eRecovery method is basically all that worked for me. But Funky Huawei charges to use it. There may be better ways and/or free ways to recover - just letting you know that it's an option.

@MirageBlader
What you do that your device now in bootloop?
What your build before you have bootloop?

Share TWRP-Backup not work if FRP lock and Bootloader lock.
Well, I was some how stupid. I got the device, I unlocked it and root it. While rooting and patching my boot.img I must have taken the wrong update file (it stated it was correct but It wasn't). After that the struggle started. I wanted to flash a clean system to start over. Downloaded with HuaweiFirmwareFinder the correct firmware and flashed it via fastboot. Then the bootloop happens. It boots, shows the Huawei logo, after that it reboots into recovery.

FRP is locked and Bootloader Unlocked. I even tried to unlock FRP via DC-unlock and payed for it. Flashed the hole system image but it didn't helped.

I had CMR-AL09C432B151 if I remember correctly. Latest unbranded EU firmware ATM.

Quick Update: I managed to fix the bootloop and reinstall the latest Firmware (CMR-AL09C432B151).
Would you mind sharing what you did to fix your bootloop?

Mine is in a loop too (CMR-W09) and so far I've been unsuccessful. I even paid for dc-phoenix, and while it flashes everything oke, the device still bootloops.

Is your Bootloader and OEM unlocked?
