Huawei P10 plus drop down slide menu has disappeared !!

Suddenly i dont see the wifi, mobile data or any other buttons on the slide drop down menu on my Huawei P10 plus. When i slide all i see now is brightness and shortcut to setting and edit button of the drop down menu. When i click on edit for drop down menu there also i dont see the shortcuts of any button previously i had in the dropdown menu. Some one please help me out. I see that only one person had this issue with p10. And it turns out automatically the issue was solved somehow on its own. Hope to get a solution soon. Thank u

1. Reboot? => OK? if not:
2. Wipe cache partition: Shut down the phone. After that press "volume up" and "power" button at the same time and keep pressing. When the huawei logo appears keep pressing volume up button and release the power button til a menu appears. Hear choose "Wipe cache partition" (navigate with the volume buttons and choose with power button). This will not wipe any data of the phone, only the cache. Reboot phone after that => OK? if not:
3. After restart go into the settings - system - reset - reset all settings (this will reset the settings made in the phone settings - you have to reconfigure it after that) => OK? if not:
4. Make a factory reset: THIS WILL WIPE ALL DATA, ALL SETTINGS ON YOUR PHONE!!!
