If your phone locked to a phone provider then they will push tge updates. If tge phone is unlocked then Huawei will.
The phone was originally locked into Rogers, but my friend managed to unlock the phone for me, currently I'm with Koodo. so, should be the Huawei to push the upgrade??, when I took a look at the update files via FF, the 3 files were listed as:

update.zip
VKY-L09_rogers_ca/update_full_VKY-L09_rogers_ca.zip
public/update_data_full_public.zip

Ehm...Just around the corner
I did get b365 with 2 updates but nothing in log.I can't see too much the difference, maybe the monthly update. And also the 2nd update fixes some VoLTE settings/networks.Unfortunally i thought maybe i will get the update to get VoLTE/VolWiFi enabled on my network,it's seems that i have to wait...

VKY-L29C636 b362 is on FF and says face unlock feature but still not authorised since the 20th of April.
Just checked and now b364 is showing same log since this morning. Anyone authorised yet?

I also installed the B369 update and have set up Face Unlock. For me it works about 90% of the time. It's pretty fast too (1-2 seconds if you hold the phone not too far from the face.)

I also love that the update hides the content of notifications on the lock screen.

I installed the update via Firmware Finder.

Installed B369. Everything works ok. Face unlock is perfect.
But i have one problem with touchscreen sensitivity on Oreo (365, 369). Sometimes touching screen register as double tap. Or if i swipe on screen it recognizes it as gestures... Annoying...
Did not have this problem on Nougat. Any solution? Glove mode is off.

Edit: factory reset does not help.
I like Oreo update but if there is no solution for touchscreen sensitivity then i will have to rollback to Nougat unfortunatelly.
