With the locked bootloader you have only a few options. Try paid services , since january 2021 is Kirin 970 supported. Ask here .
P.S.: better ask for help in Huawei P20 section .

Con el gestor de arranque bloqueado, solo tiene unas pocas opciones. Pruebe los servicios pagos, desde enero de 2021 se admite Kirin 970. Pregunte aquí .

Hello, "OEM unlock" allows you enable/disable FRP (Factory reset protection) and bootloader lock. Has nothing to do with FW update.
