I'm not sure what the number signify but here's what I have on my VOG-L29.
10.1.0.165(C636E14R1P3)

I'm in Mexico and the phone was originally bought in, I think, Europe.

I'm in the UK and still on 150 . UK phone SIM free as well. Their update policy is bizarre.

P. S. Actually I just a small update, system parameters, in the cangelog it saying improved performance with some 3rd app and modify some system parameters to deliver improved performance

UK user here, the latest "system parameter" update seems to have drastically nerfed charging speed. Normally my phone can draw up to 1.7A when plugged into a 10 watt charger, now it only charges at 0.2A.

(In both tests, the phone was at 60% battery remaining in room temperature conditions so the loss in input current would not have been caused by thermals or trickle charging)

I have also Pixel 5. Yes i have super fresh soft and?
I have had p30pro and p40pro. Beasts in every one aspect. I have had also a S and Note 20. EU Exynos garbage. I have had S20 fe 5G with teriblle screen isues.
So Im back on P30 pro New Edition because of best in market camera and baterry and performance and screen and and... of course GMS.
So Android 10 or 11, EMUI X or XX whatever. P30pro is good enough even with outhdated soft.

Absolutely true. I'm still on 9.1 and I won't update! In my experience every single update of all the phones I've owned made them worse. I'm keeping my P30 Pro with its unbelievable camera on Android 9 Emui 9.1 until it breaks. I'm not doing the same mistake again.. But I have to admit that I don't care about security patches.

Just wish I could stop them telling me I have to update but in notifications the "emui software update" option to turn off the notification is greyed out so it won't let me turn it off.

You can disable the system update with its notifications with Adb. That's what I did.
