No way to get OTA to 11.0.0.138 ....
Installed ThunderVpn and connected to Singapour as my model is Asia Pacific
Then back to check firmware update and it worked like a charm. OTA appeared

For me it don't work with singapour

I try all possible countrys in ThunderVon but no OTA appeared for me..

did anybody experienced crashing apps after update to emui 11? For example gmail and waze force close immediately after open.

With luck maybe at the end of the year but I don't even believe it anymore

Maybe this helps:
I've changed phone region to Serbia then changed region in Support app also to Serbia, installed ExpressVPN, connected to India - Mumbai server and then checked for updates in Support app and voilá... First update was .201 and after update and phone restart connected to VPN again, check for updates in Support app, and my phone is now installing EMUI11.

WHERE ELSE have you changed REGION into Serbia? Which menu? Language?

Later edit, after 5 minutes - I changed region in system settings of phone, then I changed region is support app of Huawei, I already had expressvpn, I logged in in India/Mumbai, opened huawei support app, start update and BOOM - 201 started installing.
I tried after reboot again, with india mumbai vpn, but says update is lest, no EMUI 11. Just got 201.
Still, one step forward.

Settings > System & updates > Language & input > Language and region > Region

This worked for me... But I've read on several forums that sometimes nothing helps but waiting.

Thanks for that but for me not working i think some of us cant force to OTA come to our phones and we need just wait to get it

I got the EMUI11 update yesterday. I've had battery drain with it. Before I had 50% battery in the evenings, now it doesn't last the day and I use it less. Huawei Home is the main app that drains the battery. Anybody else experience this? I wiped the cache partition from recovery but nothing changed.

Hi,

I received the EMUI 11 update on Sunday evening. Today I have performed a factory reset. Between Sunday and today the battery was about the sane, I did not notice any significant change in battery life. I will see how the battery performs in the following days and will give a feedback.
