Huawei P9 Lite VNS-L31 Dead Bootloader

Hi. I have a Huawei P 9 Lite device and after install rong update software i kill bootloader and now my device is dead and can be booted enymore. battery not recarge and i get this message : your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted.
