Anyone here has tried flashing NewWorld 6.6 via the German forum? I assume that even though its posted on a german forum, the rom itself would support English.

On 6.6, the voice recorder of the calls is not working . This is why I am back to 4.1
@Blackball thank you for this ROM. I face just one issue. In notification drop down panel, Gmail text is black and the background also dark. Please look at the attached file. Is there a way to correct this?

Today, I just acidentally upgraded my phone successful. It is perfect now.
My model is Huawei P9 EVA-AL10.
Before, it was running on EVA-AL10C00B198 rooted, bootloader unlocked, recovery twrp-3.0.2.rc3.modaco. I do not want chinese and i removed all bloatwave included magazine unlock, lunar etc....
I felt tired of upgrading process because i am using this phone for my own business. it take time to restore as my will.
I tried this fRomFuture and NewWorld v6.6 but location with network did not works on both roms. sad, i spent many times for upgrading, flash, back to stock etc. They are not perfect.
I am using Huawei X1, Huawei X2, both of them are running kangvip roms. They are working perfectly. Those roms have many features i need. That is the reason i was tried many rom.
My luck has come since i saw the new kangvip b377. I decided to upgrade to Android 7 with HiCare app. Omg, it upgraded sucessfully and i did not lose any app (with TWRP?). after that bootloader was unlocked (great)
I rooted my phone with old TWRP but it did not work, i had to flash new TWRP-3.0.2.0-n and it could flash supersu v2.79 but when I booted to system, supersu did not work.
I rebooted to recovery and flashedkangvip b377, the twrp said many errors BUT when it rebooted, it worked perfectly and rooted. WEIRD. I did not understand why.
Now my phone have many features, rooted, location service with network works, no bug, get rid of chinese stuffs, dual sims work.

The rom will have been pre rooted like most custom roms. Looks quite interesting though, any chance you could upload it somewhere else for us?... It's a bit difficult to register & download from a Chinese forum when you don't read/write Chinese! Even with Google translate! :laugh:
