I know that this is not the right forum. But theoraticly if I had a lot of old, not used phones, could/should I use them IMEI as second? Cuse its uniqe, real and not banned.
Generally yes, although IMEI carries info about a vendor, nobody will care and compare against your real phone model (phone also shares some info with the network)
Just make sure that you don't reuse the same IMEI from two diff phones, with the same SIM card (same operator) same day / same week or so

Once I lost IMEI on the old MTK Kitcat phone and I flashed an IMEI from old Nokia and it worked

>>Switched to L19 and i had no results as well.

Did you really use the rebranding method as above, that also switches oeminfo as for L19?

If all that, with HCU does not work to recognize IMEI2 and secund SIM, then there is really no hope so far to turn L09 into the dual SIM phone :(
Yes unfortunately rebranding to L19 and HCU did not work :(

Unfortunately...
A month+ ago, when experimenting with rebranding to L19 (without HCU) I already bought dual SIM tray (as from L19, because my original L09 tray was able to hold only SD in the second slot) and an extender
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76059640&postcount=681
(Still using that L19 tray in my L09 and moved extender to another hybrid dual SIM phone)

Btw - did you have a tray with two SIMs when trying with HCU?

Hi folks. Yesterday I changed my wifes p20 lite to dual sim. The second IMEI is 000000000000 (more or less) used HWOTA modif by vovan1982 ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/search.php?searchid=448061439 ). As I checked his works he has solution for every (newer) Huawei model . Our developers should ask why we cannot change our P9 (I dont want delegate the task but I am not enough experienced , a single user only ).

If phones comes shipped with Oreo debranding has the risk of a totally brick (phone dead) on zero day.
It must not be, but it can maybe - we don't know exactly.
During last month a lot of Mate 10 phones were dead (no Fastboot, no eRecovery, no LED, no USB connection) after one of the next firmware updates. (Firmwares that includes Face Unlock)
Since some of them did rebrand /debrand - but others had the same issue without doing this (just made unofficial Firmware update..)
Some said, it's because of Debranding, other said its related to bad firmware or installing firmware unofficial.
Everything seems to be "dangerous" on Oreo.
In fact we don't know exactly the reason.
The developer of the Mate 10 HWOTA has also bricked his phone totally. (completely dead)
And he removed the function for rebranding from HWOTA and wrote in the changelog: "Remove rebrand function, it bricks phone with recent new ROMs."
At this state I wouldn't recommend to do this (and if it bricks Mate 10 phone it can also occur to others)
Don't worry about my post - you did it already.
I don't say, your phone will get bricked.
But IMEI with 000 (more or less) looks not good to me.
Only thing I know for sure is that oeminfo includes on Oreo the IMEI and SN and some other info of the phone.
I think as long phones was shipped with earlier Android versions (Nougat, MM) rebrand/debrand is no thing with original HWOTA and changing oeminfo (and optional custom.bin)
But on Oreo it's not possible that way and there's another technique (I don't know anything about right now and it isn't my focus)
I heard also Funky Huawei developed rebranding tools which can convert Single SIM to Dual SIM..
I for myself would buy the phone I need without the need for rebranding :)

That is not funkyhuawei method I guess, they not offer this nor for P20lite nor for P9. I tought that the missing IMEI was the reason of our unsuccesful debrand with the L09-L19 and this guy added a second one somehow (ok ok ok full zero, but works :) ) I dont need dual sim P9 , I was just curious . Thanks again.

Does the phone recognize second SIM?
It could not attach to network with IMEI=000... but then you can maybe define proper IMEI by using HCU client

"Huawei has now started rolling out the update in China in phases and will be available for all P9 users in China by 15th July.

However, the update is not yet available outside China but we expect the update to be available soon in other markets as well.

Last month, Huawei Support UK had stated that the Huawei P9 smartphone, which was launched in the year 2016, would not be receiving the Android 8.0 Oreo update and the company cited hardware limitations as the reason for the same.
However, it seems that the information provided by the company was incorrect..."

I don,t have the stock apps like the camera app and the keyboard and bluetooth isnt working how can i fix this cant seem to find it anywhere? :/
Then you didn't flash the data-file patch that matches your device after installing the Rom before first Boot and a reboot of recovery between.
It's exactly described in Post #1 (after the Rom Download Link)

If you don't read what's necessary and required, then don't wonder if you face problems ;)

What was the previous Firmware or Rom you had installed (Build Number)?

From AOSP it's not possible to change to this Rom without the step of installing original Huawei Firmware between.

If your Firmware was perhaps to old and you didn't Update the Firmware before flashing the Rom can also make trouble.

The internal storage must be original decrypted (like on EMUI) otherwise the Rom updater-script cannot flash /data.

That's the point i couldn't install the stock rom so i tried this how can i install the stock rom the best way? And i had lineage os 14.1
Okay and which Firmware did you have before LOS 14.1?
This would be very helpful to know and it wouldn't be a problem to flash the Firmware (I can give you Links for a Guide how to do it)
But the Firmware must match your device (Model EVA-L09, EVA-L19, EVA-L29 ?) and your cust (c432, c185, c636 or others... (if you had Vodafone or Telekom or any other Branding its necessary to rebrand to an open cust like c432)
And the Firmware Build Number before LOS is also important to know (because it's in the Background and not dependent on flashing LOS or MagicRainbow)
So we would need to know the Firmware Number b386, b394, b398, b504...?

One of the important things is to write down the Build-Number from settings /About phone before flashing Custom Roms...
The Build Number from Magic Rainbow isn't the real Build Number of your device.

Please give me following informations (from fastboot)
Code:
fastboot oem get-bootinfo

fastboot getvar vendorcountry

fastboot oem get-build-number

fastboot oem oeminforead-SYSTEM_VERSION
And when we know the information you can flash the right FullOTA-MF Firmware for your device with this method:
[url]https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=75787156&postcount=3[/URL]
It works with TWRP by flashing only the update script (and FullOTA-MF Firmware / zip files renaming see Guide/ must be together with the Nocheck EMUI Recovery in the HWOTA folder on external SD)
External SD required
