Okay Just forget Kaspersky! The "Antivirus" app interprets the Callrecorder function as some kind of "danger"
I heard from the Thread XInternalSD (Xposed Modul from @pyler) that Kaspersky interprets this Xposed Module as "virus" (it's a module which allows the user in Android 6 full access to external SD)

This can be a "political /safetynet specific" issue - because It is not desired to have and use a Callrecorder.

But I can guarantee, the IncallUI (Incall User interface) has not any danger!

I flash on L-19.It works fine, but files from the data folder (titanium, mixplorer, SDPath, ...) have not established, not critical, I do not use them ...
And I do not find the "Block ad" item in K-Settings ...

You should reinstall the Rom. (dirty) I tested the Rom with TWRP 3.1.0-2, maybe there's some different with the new version 3.1.0-3, hopefully not.
It can also be, if you did a backup before flashing and not reboot TWRP before flashing.
Its not good, if data is missing...

The Rom has an inbuilt Antivirus in Phonemanager, powered by AVAST!

Reinstall how? Only rom in twrp or rollback to stock 6.0 update 7.0 and then install new you rom ?

If data is missing after installing the Rom (Mixplorer, SDPath...) just reinstall Rom from TWRP.

Block Ad don't use please (K-Settings, more settings)

SDPath is a configuration file in /data - described in OP "Features and Infos"

If you don't have block add in more settings, no problem.

For blocking Ad use AdAway
