I am on 1.0.9.58 as well whith no negative effect on battery life. Still 10 days to charge. But what I am missing is the connection as a communication device. It's turned off in bluetooth of my phone. When I make a phonecall I cannot route it to the watch. I have to enable the "phone" option in the phone's BT connection to the watch manually, and THEN I can route the call to the phone. Before this was enabled all the time. But it's a different story...

Upgraded to 1.0.10.8 yesterday, then I charge the battery to 100%.
The battery took several hours to drop from 100% to 99%, which is a good sign.
I did the upgrade to 1.0.10.8 yesteraday.
On 25.11. at 9:00am (after the upgrade to 1.0.10.8) I fully charged them to 100%.
Now in less than 24hrs I am on 56% with the same setting I had before with 1.0.8.16.
I faced several freezes when GT2 did not react on button push or display tap at all.
Even now I fell asleep to work because the alarm clock was not working at all and again just black display with no reactions !!!
I will try switch off all notifications and health monitorings and will see what will happend.
But anyhow I am very dissapointed....
In case it will not go any better in next few days will send them to service again

Try to factory reset the watch to see if things are better.
Indeed IT IS... Especially they worked 10months like charm.
I tried both factory resets... front watches sa well as from the app. After couple od hours the same.

Mine used 15% battery during the last 34 hours (HR sensor Off).
I'm on 1.0.10.8, too now. No quick battery drain (never had this problem actually) and the bluetooth option is available again during phone calls. Call can be redirected to the watch, without having to set anything in the bluetooth settings.
My HRM is useless since the latest update.... It bounces around from 50 -130 every few seconds....

Just caught this thread and my watch had an update a while back.Battery life went downhill. Did a reset and still no luck.....but I lost my new watch faces.Just did the latest update and still no improvement in battery life.No new watch faces either.The watch was purchased from a vendor on EBay ....no Canadian vendors at the time.Contacted Huawei Canada and no warranty.It's a "international model".Screw you very much. There is one cue that I can see. The phone shows up as being TWO phones when it's paired to my cell phone by blue tooth. I think they buggered up the first update and are too scared to admit it.I'd love to get into this thing and clean up the programming.
