Huawei Y6 2018 Recovery/Gapps Options?

I flashed LOS 15.1 onto my phone but as far as I can tell from searching on here/Google, there's no support for TWRP yet.
The only reason I want to access a custom recovery is to install Gapps, so my follow on question is, is there any way to
install Gapps through SU magic or the like?

Here is the lineageos 15.1 generic image (works on Y6 2018): https://forum.xda-developers.com/pr...evice-development/lineage-phh-treble-t3767690 be sure to select ARM64 A only with gapps (it comes with su too!). Be sure to install phh-supersu app after that

Thanks for the reply. I'm going to stick to not having GApps for the moment because it's not as inconvenient as I thought it was going to be plus I get a slight privacy increase by not having it. I appreciate the response though because I might change my mind in the future.

Alright. You can download the vanilla version, which doesn't have gapps
