I guess you're using File Explorer - you'll need to use Resco Explorer or Total Commander (if that's your problem).

There is no safe mode. Use another file explorer, like TotalCommander.

If you want to change start menu icons, try CSMI or reStart.

i got d/l CSMI and other one call .. dunno what is name..
i did change but not all are allow to be change

CSMI makes just registry entries, it doesn't replace files. Maybe you have to soft reset, the new icons show up only after soft reset.

just download TotalCommander and copy the file in think it overwrited...
