hybrid install: use sd card for extra storage on stock rom

Ive got the hybrid install. I know you cant use the sdcard for extra storage on the cm 10.1.

But can I copy over movies onto the bootable sd card and play those movies on the stock rom?

You can modify stock so it can see the sdcard partition on the hybrid SD. Go to my obsolete hybrid thread here:

and flash one of my stock vold modification zips. I have one that makes the stock /ext_sdcard show the hybrid sdcard and one that swaps the SDs so that stock sees the hybrid /sdcard as the stock /sdcard.
