Internet not working threw Wi-Fi

Internet is not working over Wi-Fi hnce I have also tried some nvram fixes but still I can not access internet over Wi-Fi

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place the zip files in sdcard.
2. Reboot to recovery
3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
4. In it Wipe data then Install new zip(click on both)
5. Go back(main screen), wipe cache partion
6. Go back Wipe Dalvik Cache
7. Go back Install ZIP, browse and find.
8. Click on zip file to install.
9. Reboot!
10. Open Xposed, activate all modules & "install/update" Xposed Framework

Can anyone tell me if this ROM gets regular updates. And is WiFi, WiFi hotspot, data connection and all is working good..?
Since its based on CM, does it have CM features..? Please help

Hi.
I recently flashed hybrid Magnus...
It's quite cool..
But I have one issue
I have NO IP ADDRESS because when I turn on WiFi hotspot the other phone goes on Obtaining IP Address.. And.shows IP address 0.0.0.0
PLEASE HELP
