just told you - if i want to enter recovery via power button ,it doesnt work ....
and there are 2 option for the same thing - 1 recovery 2 clockworkmod - both just restart the device...
and maybe you can look at the home.zip cuz it's not working...sorry2u said it to

I am currently using Mik's rom (old baseband I think, and I have clockwork recovery).
Can I install this rom? Mik's rom still has a bad blackscreen bug, does this one have that? Would you say this one is more 'advanced' than miks, since he hasn't updated his in a few months?

this will work OK for you . blackscreen bug not present as far as i used it
Ok i have reflash the rom with CMW and it install justs fine. Only the home zip cannot be installed, is that correct?
In this case you can extract the home.apk from the zip file, copy only the Home.apk and place it to System/apps by file manager. This will replace the ARC
launcher with the four corners. Change the permissions and reboot.

By root exlorer select copy the home.apk
paste it to system/app
lonog press the apk and a popup will show
select permissions and change them to
xx
x
x
now go to system app and select the standard with doc.apk , long press it and delete it.
Two ways, create from optimus net port or Kill ur phone or damage it for 20 times and get a marker and put G... There it will work on v20g baseband...

the same problem... I flashed again the rom and wait for the CWM version
ok someone test this, install as normal apk and reboot.
Is there anything else wrong with this rom or you all want the freaking launcher??? I'm tired. Noone provide a reviw for the rom and not for the launcher!Jesus.
