Still can't install it no matter what i do.... This is probably the first time something doesn't work... Well... The last OOS or H2OS I had installed was like 9.0.9 ? there's the gotcha I guess ..

It can happen if you have performed system modifications.
Try to completely unroot your device first.
If it still doesn't work, i would advice you to perform a clean install, wipe everything except internal storage and reinstall android Pie from twrp.
After this, you should be able to install the beta version using the stock recovery. [this is what i did.]
Unfortunately, everytime you install an update after wiping, all google and oneplus applications get reinstalled, but if you use the debloat module for magisk, you can export and import your configuration anytime.

Im using HydrogenOS Stable Android 10 for Oneplus 5, until now, i have no issue with this

Just Clean flashed HOS in Oneplus 5.
Flashed Magisk Manager. Lunched it. Wanted to see Safety Net, it says, 'SafetyNet API Error".
Do I need to flash GApps inorder to pass SafteyNet?

i only installed playstore for android 10, Magisk Hide, SafetyNet Check via magisk manager success
