This is my first rom based on latest Gingerbread Firmware
This Rom is focused on performance and speed :D
But to give the rom a nice look,i modded the ui and i also add sound mods so that you can enjoy a better audio quality :)
For all xperia 2011 devices

Instructions

-Flash X-Kernel or Rage Kernel (Gingerbread)
-Wipe data (factory reset)
-Wipe cache
-Wipe dalvik cache
-Format system
-Flash Base Rom
-Flash Patch
-Flash Lockscreen
-Flash Wifi Modules
-Reboot and enjoy :)

Optinal:Flash App2sd to Free up more internal Memory and ram (swap) i will integrate it to my Rom :) your device will become fast like hell :D
Note:After flashing App2Sd the device will reboot two times

Locked Bootloader: works 100%
-You must be on stock Firmware!!
-Get Root
-Install CWM
-place the Rom on sd card
-In CWM make a Full wipe (wipe data,Cache,dalvik Cache)
-Format data,Cache,dalvik-cache and System
-Flash the Rom
-Flash Patch

How to change Layout HW-Keyboard (only Mini Pro)

-Use a File Manager like Root Explorer navigate to: System=>usr=>keyboard config=>keyprint.xml
-Open keyprint.xml as text
- Search the following line:<script name="latin"keylayout="qwerty-en"/
-Only remove:qwerty-en and Type in your layout
-Example qwertz: <script name="latin"keylayout="qwertz"/
-Reboot and enjoy :)

You can also help me with adding some things like locked bootloader im in my Learning phase as developer thats why i need some Time ;) help is always welcomed :)

Even iam also in learning stage...ill try to add aroma installer and to support locked BL...
Can u get the files for other devices like LWW and active..so that v can port it those devices as well

    Guys testing Phase is finished now,i modified the Supercharger Script to the Most aggressive,i recommend following settings:min:134mhz Max.800mhz,scheduler:NOOP or SIO and smartassv2,all Games ran smooth with These settings,now i will Port and upload in the next hours
    Latest changes:

    Added Fugu tweaks
    Remodified Supercharger
    Added skip Song via long press

    Edit:to have best battery performance,calibrate the battery

    please improve and keep it up...
    i'm not want to move to ICS rom because they doesn't optimal for playing HD Games and still too much problem with performance,stability.
    nobody develop and making custom roms for GB because they all go to ICS.
