Question I can't choose the options at MIUI Recovery.

Find Xiaomi repair center/service center.
Suspect hardware issue, the power button is probably stuck.
Xiaomi website has the price chart.
India as example:

The technician there will inspect and tell you. You can ask what is broken.
It can charge more than what the website wrote, given that we don't know what exactly is out of order.
If you got warranty valid, it should be free.

I don't know. I am not technician and do not work for Xiaomi.
It could be cheap as cleaning dusts or more expensive as changing the power button.
let run the battery complete (!!) empty (start it again after it switches off, until it keeps off)), then charge complete full & try again, its worth a try ...
I already tried this option 3 times, still the phone stuck on miui recovery. The phone maybe thinks im holding the power button...
