I can't flash and unbrick a311 "Download CPB Failed"

I recently left my micromax a311 (3g) unused for a while, then when I recharged it I found that it's bricked, it only show logo and never open the system, and when I plug the charger it shows the battery sign but doesn't progress.

anyway I did hard reset from the recovery then downloaded stock rom Micromax_A311_V1_111114_(by_xdafirmware.com).zip from firmwarefile.com, but it show failed on writting the rom, here is the complete log:

Did u used YGPD flashing tool try this. with proper instructions.
