i cant flash anything on sgh-i747 after hard bricked

I did the Android 4.3 upgrade to my Galaxy sgh-i747 and now I can't not flash anything on my phone.
the phone was hard bricked so i have downloaded the brick image and installed it on sdcard after that the phone boot up , once booted i cant flash any version
always shows fused > binary , odin fail also

so help me how to fix this?

Can you get into download mode? If you can, flash the latest version of Philz Touch tar.md5 from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2529200

Put a custom ROM onto your phone, boot to recovery, flash the ROM. Hopefully, this will at least get your phone booted.
