I can't load ROM on HTC M8.

I have an HTC M8 phone. It remained in the HTC logo after the Ota update. My device is s-on and bootloder relocked. I could not find a suitable ruu.exe file. Please let me know if you can help me with this.

HTC never released an "official" exe format RUU for your version. There is however a zip version RUU that you can flash in fastboot. Files and instructions can be found here:

A little bit more complicated than running the exe, but still doable.

Also, you should delete the IMEI number from your post. This is personal info, and should never be posted on open forums.
