i cant place calls via messenger while using vpn and connected via wifi

hi developers :good:
i have samsung galaxy note 3 verizon
facebook messenger calls is working fine while im using a vpn and connecting over mobile data but calls dosent work if i connect over wifi and using a vpn
i have another mobile and messnger calls working fine while connecting over mobile data or over wifi and using vpn
so this problem is on my verizon mobile
note : i tried that over about 3 wifi and the same problem happens
a solution pls
