Question I can't see VoLTE switches to turn on and off

I don't understand why Realme blocks the VoLTE and VoWiFi settings, I live in Mexico and I don't have these options to turn off or on.

Is it the same for the European region?

When I make a call it uses the H network

no, you will have to root, there is a thread for the realme gt neo 2 that does it that way and in that same thread they have another method without root which was the one I used, but without success, the other is to use ATT, Movistar or Telcel.
