i can't video record OVER 24fps, is it normal?

i tried deveral apps.... included stock one of havocos. i already installed the oreo fix for camera......
but i always record at24 frames....... does the p2 support 30 or 60 fps? i hope at least 1080 at 30fps is achievable

was wondering about that as well..as far as i can tell i couldn't achieve it ;S
On Stock rom, i was able to get it once in good lightning condition but even that was a rare case.
