I flash the wrong TWRP please help!

i flash my HTC one ATT with a sprint that's why i cant locate my internal SDcard to root my phone. What do I need to do? Should i go back to ms-dos and flash it again with correct TWRP M7? Please help I'm new to this stuff.:crying:
