the problem is right this! seems that, because we already downloaded the upgrade, we are not eligibe anymore for the OTA!

Don't worry, that doesn't throw up updates for anyone else either. that's a standard code that's been available for years. the numbers spell "checkin"

what I meant was that if I do that, nothing change because it still says that my mobile phone is updated!

same here? don't worry that's normal. nothing happens when you check other than it says check in successful.

I heard / read that the code ( *#*#2324356#*#* ) was still "usable" but won't give you the update anymore with ICS.

i guess it depend were you located, i just got the update notification, it download and upgraded with no problem, but i got to tell those people the official is no different than the one that been floated around on xda, its exactly the same as over the air one, same bug(slow app drawer, broken automatic brightness and so on...but here what i did before i got the notification notice, i downgrade my phone to 2.3.3 the one from rom manager and then boom i get the notification notice download it and install with no problem

I've read that they are pushing the update very slowly from Google but I don't know why. Might be a server/download/bandwidth issue ...
Just gotta be patient
