Solved

Ok so I solved the issue if anyone ever runs into the problem it took some messing around. As I said I accidently flashed my boot instead of flashing my recovery and since I was still able to get into twrp all I did was used a boot.img from the stock rooted rom. Reflashed it and all was well. It had still booted up as it should. Now I'm new and don't expect many responses from this thread I feel as if it a graveyard. Also if anyone knows a simple fix to the white screen bootup then I am 100% all ears. It does not effect the functionability it is just super annoying and leaves residual faint lines in the screen for awhile. Thank you to all XDA members and the great forums for all needed info.

Glad you got it fixed!

The white lines fix is in the bottom of my OP here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/g-pad-10/general/tutorial-lg-gpad-v410-5-1-to-4-4-t3232150

Good luck!

Well what really sucks is i mianaged to fix the boot issue and then reflashed it
also.did the memory fix with candy rom and part as well as fixing the white lines and white bootup. And then i mamaged to.accidently break the screen. And i bought the tablet from someone cheap as they arent expensive. So now i have a fancy broke tab. The outer glass isnt broke so im assuming its ths inner display. Anyway i cant afford a new one or the 30 dollar replacment display. So im pretty much screwed i guess unless i finmd another broke one cheap to swap the displays out. Or can find a hand me down. But thank you for the reply....

:) i have my ways lol this has been tested by me im not a professional or anything so im not gonna explain how to downgrade but all you need is
The Kdz of course : http://www.mediafire.com/download/2433xqabj1k8b8d/V41007h_0.kdz
And LG Flash Tool 2014

i strongly recommend that if you dont know what your doing then dont bother messing with this but also this is pretty easy and only took me about 15-20 minutes to do lol if you need any help pm me on here :)

And yes this is 4.4.2 i dowgraded from 5.0.2 to 4.4.2

thanks for the kdz!

its just lightly burned in give it a few hours and a bunch of power cycles and the display is fixed(assuming you have correct aboot bootloader with good display driver)

Use this KDZ for the AT&T v410 (LTE)
[google drive]/open?id=1MFwRARSM5K9Cjr_92RvyD-7IvLds5HL6

Uses the full internal 16GB.

Also, marcomir, looks like maybe Download mode is corrupt? I had to flash my KDZ to an sdcard manually and use serial drivers to get mine out. [google drive]/open?id=1fmCaDHvzqEtqCY3UIB85gz2gr6tQOhTg
Apparently the v410 will boot from the sdcard (but only download mode, a full system won't boot). Got me out of a bad flash that ruined my GPT on the internal. With the serial driver and the partitioned SDCARD (using dd and an extracted KDZ/DZ to get the bins) I got mine back to stock and was about to One Click Root it and get LineageOS 14.1 back on it.
