I guess its dead now

I flashed nougat and did factory reset. I cant enter anything because all I get is a broken google keyboard voice input. I have a twrp backup but I cant flash twrp anymore because it says FRP locked. Bootloader is unlocked but I cant flash anything.

edit: I connected a usb keyboard and was able to sign in and it works now but I still have FRP locked so I cant use fastboot

Did you try to enable OEM Unlock in developer options?

unlock bootloader again, it did the trick for me

1.1- Download HiSuite
1.2- Install HiSuite on your Computer

Connect your phone to HiSuite

Download apk & Install App using HiSuite
3.1- Download apk Gboard - the Google Keyboard
3.2- Install Gboard - the Google Keyboard App using HiSuite
3.3- Go to Settings>Advance settings>Language & input>Virtual keyboard and enable Gboard
3.4- Go to Settings>Advance settings>Language & input>Default keyboard and select Gboard
