my guess:
"I had no bill" = I subscribed, got a phone, but never received a bill
"Kept service for six months" = T-mobile cut me off after six months
"T-mobile slipped my phone a mickey" = now my phone doesn't work anymore

The tough one:
"How" = I'm of two minds about this one, either "how did they prevent my phone from working" or "how do i get around not having service"?
