Yeah maybe I should contact my mobile company support to see why this is happening coz one month ago the problem wasn'tI've heard another user who have had your same problem. (at the end, tired of that, he sold its XZP...)
On my XZP I have seen this problem a couple of times at the begin (two or three months ago). Now, all seems perfect.
Honestly, I don't know exactly if it was a of software updates or the only "hardware" trick I've done: I have put a wedge (a thin plastic foil) between the Sim card and the tray.
Originally I developed this trick because NanoSIM are slimmer than previous SIM[1].
