At least tell us what os you have on your pc. And do you have the correct drivers installed?

bäm...sorry ;) normally I'm the first person complaining about people like me ;)

I'm using Win7 x64, USB-debugging activated and no problems in my device-manager - so the drivers should be fine. I installed the latest HTC Sync to get the drivers.

yes, I uninstalled HTC Sync - HTC Driverr Installer (Version 4.3.0.001) is installed.

I have MobileMaster installed to manage my samsung-party-phone ;)
will remove this and let you know...

Yeah that could be it. Samsung software is known to get in the way of HTC software.

uninstall, restart,...no difference :(

what do I have to see in my device-manager? I have "HTC One Mini" in the category "Portable Devices" - shouldn´t there something with ADB?

If it's not showing your device serial number it's not working, there's no connection. What return are you getting in the command prompt?

I mean I can type "adb devices" and not getting something like "unknown command". It just says "List of devices attached" - and no serial or whatever there normally should be...

Knocking on your door
And you're booted into the os with adb debugging enabled?

You could also try different usb cables/ports.
