Looks like a dog, but not as bad as the TENAA leaks, but way short of any wow factor the One had. OP are really going to have to market this to get any longevity out of this Samsung/LG mishmash

Is there a Lite model or just a OnePlus 2?

This is just short beta preview, actually it means nothing, guys, just wait for full video preview, i think someone will make in next 24h after VR launch

It's definitely sleeker than the original leaked images led us to believe. Based on what he just posted on the front page, this is the A2001, which is the lite version of the phone. The A2003 is the higher end model and will look somewhat different (potentially).
