I have a problem. i want to install stock rom with miflash. when my phone is turned on and I press refresh in miflash my device is there, but when I'm in fastboot (volume down + power) then the device is not visible, why?

Mtp driver is not the same as fastboot driver
so it could be the driver not installed

i unlock it on the developer menu, on mi flash i must wait 168h. now i using windows 7.
