i have ON GSM NO IMEI please a little help to me

and it is now have NO GSM and NO IMEI
and MY SPL is 2.10 Olipro
and my IPL is 1.4
and it have windows mobile 5
i want to flash the radio for it i tried all radio version but not sucsess i want to know the best rom that i can donwload for it
