When all I have connected is a charger. No matter what charger I use, be it the charger it came with, another charger, no matter the cable, car charger, etc. It also often slow charges and takes forever to charge. Any advice/help?

Did it ever work? I will assume it did, could be a rouge app, could be a corrupt app, could be a hardware issue,,I would try to trace any recently install apps and uninstall 1 at a time first. Also u could backup everything and do a factory reset, lastly u could try the reset via ruu method for your cid/mid model. If after all that, charging ports are replaceable Just my 2 cents hth.

Yes, it worked fine. This only happened recently. A headphone icon has appeared at the top and I can't get it to go away. I haven't installed any apps recently. The "accessory not supported" message keeps popping up and interrupting what I'm doing. I can't charge it and use it. I'm thinking something is going on with the plug. Perhaps something happened with the pins? I don't know. I'm just really frustrated by this and the slow charging. Not having a separate headphone jack sucks. Also frustrated by the "cannot charge, using too much power" message, despite shutting down every imaginable app I might have running, turning off the screen, etc. I have to turn it completely off to get charging started.
