I-Mate Roms

few days ago i got a link ftp://ftp.clubimate.com/
i found there two roms

i-mate_PDA2k_WWE_12200_162_10600_SHIP.exe
i-mate_PDA2k_Arabic_13100_112_10600_SHIP.exe

can i update my BA(m2000) with one of these roms, i have heard that i-mate roms are fast and stable
please help me out
