Low memory problem, best you can do is to clear cache folders on root directory, access it via file manager app

Second... delete also cache memory of google maps (go to apps menu find google maps , enter it and somewhere must be "clear cache" button - but DO NOT hit one that says "clear all data")

if you have no other problems, try using a different navigation, for example Here Maps or Sygic. On my yt9260 1gb ram, I rooted the system, installed Twrp, removed all google services and unnecessary apps, installed the L_speed app and online google maps run smoothly just like everything else.
changing the firmware alone will not solve your problem. Small amount of RAM

I would propose to use WAZE app for navigation, it's free from Google Playstore , non stop updated maps and police cameras including traffic are all in one app.
Must be online all times to show corectly maps, if no internet it will use offline maps but it won't go any further than 50 kilometers. Fast and reliable app for navigation, ideal for new multimedia units with 4G/5G connections (always online)

Same firmware but V2 have improvements with Bluetooth connections and solved common bugs for various devices.

(year 2022 and 2021, which ever suits your unit)

Unzip files, put on formatted USB drive two of the unzipped files, insert in head unit, turn on, and wait to install, it will install automatically when car starts or key is in ignition mode.

It must be updated via local update, but files must be intact, like it must be one file like a zip file and transfered on root directory of unit and then updated, if not read, method is to unzip it directly on root directory which will give two files system will update as soon system detects it.

good overall success. replacing 3 files from the new version + apd file and downloading firmware 03.2020 gave success. version 2022.06.18.11_2214 in an attachment with replaced files. Best wishes. thanks to the experts for their interest.
