Hey, I have been doing my own digging around the internet for how to root the galaxy S5. I have picked up that Verizon rolled out a new update rendering all previous methods of rooting useless. I know I have a newer Galaxy S5, And I'm trying to be safe with my sources and up to date. Can someone please provide me with an up to date summary of

A) Has anyone found a new way to root?
B) Is Bootloader still untouchable?

I would be very happy to know these things, because I dont want to go all willy nilly and brick my phone with some out dated method.

I have already tried getting the phone into ODIN mode, using ODINv3 with TWRP, and it failed miserably from an authentication error (Most likely Verizon's newest update)

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

A. No new way to root, probably never will be.

B. Bootloader is still untouchable, probably never will be unlocked.

If the build number on your phone ends in OE1, OG5, or the newest OK3 you are stuck.
