i need hep flashing a recovery.tar using Odin

ok so im made a recovery.img a while back for my SM-S920l straight talk grand prime.. i used a tool to convert it into a .tar.md5 file.. and when i hit the stat button on odin ( while my phone is plugged in and in download mode) it says failed.. and on the phone it says SECURE CHECK FAIL : recovery..

the tar you made, try flashing it in the BL slot on odin 3.10.6

Does flashing in bl work. I have the same problem it fails ehen i try to flash twrp in odin

Haven't you turn on USB debugging on your phone?
