I need RUI3 persist file. I went back to stock and now stock camera isn't working

Camera stock app gets green like this and I can't switch between camera in the "photo" mode, but in the other modes like pro modes or other modes without HDR everything works. So something went wrong a long the way and I with help from knowledgeable people think it's the persist file I need, the RUI3 persist file so I can flash it. Can anyone help me with that?
