There is a twrp for Android 11 for OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro (Chinese twrp) maybe it can boot on 8T. It does everything except decryption.

It did not stop 7t or other devices. I use the Chinese twrp religiously on my 7t. It is 100% working since February.
That same team is working on 8t rn. Contrary to popular belief, it works fine on oos and will with 8t too.

On 8pro we still don't have a functional twrp for a11..
( Just one that don't decrypt storage)

You mean the twrp by LR Team right? Those guys are talented af.

Can I ask how you got OxygenOS into it? I'm in China (so I believe we are both KB2000) and I want to run mine with it too.

It's simple, really. Download the full OxygenOS (EU/IN) latest zip, copy it to your internal storage (outside any folders) and from the system updater app, choose "local update" and then choose this downloaded zip. After the reboot, you will have oxygen os. And, no, you don't need an unlocked bootloader or root to do this.

PS: I would suggest EU zip over IN, as it less bloated.
