Hello. I need help deciding which scheduler to use.
I have read several places that FIOPS is superior for R/W speeds, but things aren't as simple when it comes to which has the best battery performance. I am currently using ROW for screen on and screen off.
Another quick question. Do I/O Schedulers affect app opening speeds?
Any advice will be appreciated.
